Decisionline Engineering (“Decisionline”, “we”, “us”) provides AI‑enabled engineering services. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to decisionline.ai and any pages we host, and to information we receive when delivering services to clients.
We do not train foundation models on client data. We may fine‑tune or calibrate internal models using client data only with written client authorization and subject to confidentiality and governance controls. We avoid using client data to improve general‑purpose tools without permission.
We do not sell personal information. We share data with service providers (e.g., hosting, email, analytics if enabled) bound by confidentiality and data‑processing terms, and as required by law or to protect rights.
We retain data as needed for engagements and legal compliance, then delete or archive it per contract requirements. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards; no system is perfectly secure.

Our site and services are not directed to children under 16.
